Sure, PFF grades are just one piece to a larger puzzle that also includes film, but not a single defender earned a bigger grade in Week 6 than Myles Garrett did when the Cleveland Browns took on the New England Patriots. On the day, Garrett finished with a grade of 93.9, marking his second-highest grade on the season behind his Week 1 showing against the Carolina Panthers.
He finished with a pass rush grade of 94.3 and a run defense grade of 72.5. All-in-all, Garrett took care of business in both phases of the game. And it showed up on tape as well, as he racked up a massive eight pressures, two sacks, and forced one turnover for the Cleveland defense.
While he left the game after banging up his already tender shoulder, Garrett had negative x-rays and is expected to play against the Baltimore Ravens this week. The Browns will need another superhuman effort as they look to get back on track and advance to 2-0 against AFC North foes.
