This Sunday afternoon, Cleveland Browns star defensive end Myles Garrett hosted his third annual Back-To-School Kickoff event. The event helps local families prepare for the school year with the collection and donation of school supplies. After having the event in Cleveland Browns Stadium in 2023, Myles had the privilege to host the third year of his event at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
Fellow defensive lineman Maurice Hurst II supported Garrett this afternoon in handing out backpacks to the students. After the students and their families received the school items, they were invited into CMNH for a Q&A with Garrett.
It is no secret that Garrett has always been a fan of natural history, especially the interest in paleontology. This was a fun way for Garrett to express his love for the community, its fans, and his interests. This is an event that Garrett has been very proud to host lately, and will most likely look to continue in future summers.
