The awards continue to roll in for Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid. After being named MVP of the league for the first time in his career, the big fella was named to the top All-NBA team for the 2022-23 season.
The NBA announced its three All-NBA squads, and Embiid made the first team alongside Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics and Shai Gilegous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Embiid finished the regular season averaging 33.1 points, 10.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.7 blocks. He was dominant on both ends of the floor, and he scored 50-plus points in a game four times. He is absolutely deserved this honor.

While Embiid was a shoo-in for the first team, some thought James Harden had a shot at making at least the third team. He led the league in assists (10.7) and had one of the more efficient seasons of his career. However, he was left off all three teams.
