Multiple offensive line starters ruled out in Patriots list of inactives

It could be another rough week for the Patriots’ offensive line.

Things could be shaky along the New England Patriots’ offensive front for another week.

After ruling offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn out on Wednesday, the team announced starting center David Andrews would also be out for Thursday’s Thanksgiving game against the Minnesota Vikings.

There was hope that Andrews would be ready to play, despite an ominous injury report in the aftermath of the thigh injury he suffered in Week 11 against the New York Jets. He returned to practice this week intent on at least attempting to play against the Vikings, but it would seem as if he still needs time before he’s ready to step back onto the field.

Prior to releasing the list of inactives, the Patriots elevated Bill Murray from the practice squad to add depth to the interior offensive line.

It’s a bad time to be doing musical chairs on the offensive line, especially when on the road against a Vikings defensive front bookended by two legitimate quarterback hunters in Za’Darius Smith and Danielle Hunter.
