Multiple Buffs noticing the work of incoming freshman Jordyn Tyson

Basically, no matter who you ask on the Buffs, they’ll have something nice to say about Jordyn Tyson

The name Jordyn Tyson has been popping up a lot recently. On Pac-12 media day, both Karl Dorrell and Casey Roddick tabbed Tyson as an incoming freshman who impressed over the summer. Plus, during Colorado’s first day of fall camp on Tuesday, Tyson was the first name mentioned by both Brendon Lewis and Drew Carter when they were asked which receivers are currently impressing.

Tyson comes to Colorado as a three-star prospect from Allen, Texas, and believe it or not, the Buffs were his only Power Five offer. It may only be early August, but the 6-foot-2, 180-pound wideout is looking like a nice find.

Carter described Tyson’s game by saying he gets low, cuts quickly and has an easy time getting open.

What has impressed me the most, though, has been what we’ve heard about Tyson’s work ethic.
