For a second straight week, Michigan State women’s basketball dropped in the updated Associated Press (AP) Top 25 rankings.
Michigan State dropped two spots to No. 21 in the latest poll released on Monday. Michigan State has dropped two straight games, both of which were against ranked foes. The Spartans’ most recent loss was at Maryland by the score of 72-66 on Sunday.
Michigan State is 11-2 overall this year. They’ll return to the court on Wednesday in a home game against Purdue.
Seven Big Ten teams were included in this week’s poll. UCLA again remains at the top as the No. 1 team in the country with rival USC not far behind at No. 4.
