A Michigan State running back has entered the transfer portal.
Spartans head coach Harlon Barnett met with the media on Monday following the team’s bye week, and he announced Jordon Simmons is no longer with the program. Simmons has entered the transfer portal, and according to Barnett is the only player to leave the program during the bye week.
Simmons has been with Michigan State since 2020 and has appeared in 34 career games. In those 34 games, he’s recorded 520 rushing yards on 137 attempts.
#MichiganState RB Jordan Simmons will enter the transfer portal, per head coach Harlon Barnett.
He is the only MSU player that decided to enter the portal during the bye week.
