Michigan State hockey’s star goaltender will be playing for his country in the upcoming World Junior Championship.
Trey Augustine has been named to the USA team for the World Junior Championship that begins this week in Ottawa. The event will run from December 26 to January 5.
Augustine is considered one of the best goaltenders in college so its no surprise to see him included in this year’s event. This means Augustine will miss at least a few games for the Spartans, including this weekend’s Great Lakes Invitational.
