Michigan State’s three-plus touchdown victory over Central Michigan this past week must not have impressed the Associated Press Top 25 poll voters.
For a second straight week, Michigan State failed to receive a single vote in the updated top 25 rankings that were released on Tuesday. The Spartans didn’t receive any votes in the preseason poll as well.
A total of four Big Ten teams are ranked, including three inside the top 10: Michigan at No. 2, Ohio State at No. 5 and Penn State at No. 7. Wisconsin is also ranked at No. 19. Iowa, Minnesota and Illinois all received votes as well.

POLL ALERT: Colorado, Duke jump into AP Top 25 after huge upsets, Florida State up to No. 4, Tennessee and Notre Dame into the top 10; Georgia, Michigan still 1-2.
