The recuperation process for Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback Joey Burrow is going to be huge. The team had thought the No. 1 overall pick from LSU had only torn his left ACL. However, the MRI results are far worse.
MRI revealed more damage than anticipated: Bengals’ QB Joe Burrow tore his ACL, MCL, and suffered other structural issues in his knee as well, per @Ben_Baby and me.

The injury occurred on this play.
Looks like Burrow got caught between two rushers. Allen came in from his left and hit his legs while Sweat came off the right and hit higher. Burrow's left knee took the force of the hit. pic.twitter.com/Sl3X3uAQah
