Most people around the league believe that the draft and free agency will be pushed back to sometime in the middle of November. That would allow for the completion of play inside the bubble and then for the league and the union to sort out the NBA’s financial future. That’s a necessity for teams to properly plan for their approaches to trades and new contracts.
