On game day, some fans like to listen to a podcast or read preview articles, while others have a full routine that they have to go through for superstitious reasons. Before the Washington Huskies take on the Michigan Wolverines on October 5, that routine could include a full game preview from Bill Belichick.
The eight-time Super Bowl champion and former New England Patriots head coach is set to host an evening for a handful of Montlake Futures donors, and on Wednesday, Washington’s NIL collective announced a second event with the future Hall of Famer entitled “X’s and O’s with Bill Belichick.”
Before the national championship rematch, Belichick will give a full preview of the game, which will be followed by a Q&A session with former Washington quarterback Damon Huard, who played for Belichick from 2001-2003 in New England, at Marv Harshman Court.
The event will be limited to 250 people, and unlike his dinner, it’s (somewhat) more affordable when compared to the $25,000 dinner. For a $1,000 donation to Montlake Futures, fans can listen to Belichick preview the highly anticipated matchup between the Huskies and Wolverines.
