With the early-entry deadline for 2021 NBA prospects having now passed and the pool of rookies further narrowed, there’s a new wave of mock drafts that were published in recent days.
For the Rockets, who own the No. 2 overall pick in the first round, that means ample debate between top prospects such as G League Ignite wing Jalen Green, University of Southern California (USC) big man Evan Mobley, and Gonzaga guard Jalen Suggs. Houston also owns a pair of picks later in the first round at No. 23 and No. 24, and a recent rumor even tied them to a potential trade to acquire No. 13, as well.
Here’s a look at who the latest mocks have going to the Rockets at each spot. For further breakdowns and scouting reports on each player, check out the new mock draft by For The Win draft guru Bryan Kalbrosky.
