Happy birthday to this little stick of dynamite 🧨 @alyseanderson21 & future Ufc atomweight. CORRECTION- to this #Lilsavage I never knew that when I met her at #UFC Detroit a few years back and asked her to come train with me that we would become so close. In a short period of time she has become one of my very best friends & little sisters. I love teaching her new things like , you’re supposed to cook sweet potatoes before eating them. And that “Lunchables” are not considered a part of the healthy food group. She is forever a kid at heart and that’s why we all love her. * I’m sure if you look out your window right now you will see her cruising by on her Heelys or #Dirtbike * Today she turns 1 year older on paper but not at heart.
