This was the best day. Can’t express our gratitude enough to all of the families that contributed to this amazing experience for the girls. Mahalo to Duane, Malia and the Desoto family for taking us in like your own, making sure we were safe and sharing your beautiful home with us. @makemagicmalia, you and your girls are 100% wahine toa goals! And Uncle Zane, MAHALO for lending us your tent! Came in super clutch and now the girls know how to disassemble it lol. To my kia’i @samkapoi, @alohalaiana, your beautiful daughter @haaipoipo and the beautiful @playkimie, mahalo for donating your time and mana’o with the girls. You all are pillars to our lāhui and we are lucky to know you! To the Keaulana family, @haakeaulana and @tiare4maui, and watermen that took the girls out, we were so honored to be received so warmly by you all. This too was my first Uncle Buff’s and I now understand why it is such a special event. There was so much aloha along that beach, it simply can’t be replicated elsewhere. The girls all agreed that riding those waves with you all was the highlight of their trip, despite getting little bit bussap on the hulimakaflip haha.
