It begins.

The last time there was a work stoppage in baseball — 1994-95, to be exact — there was no social media, of course.

So that’s what’s going to make the 2021 MLB lockout that kicked off after midnight Wednesday so different, among other things — there will be plenty of reaction to monitor on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
