From the “might as well shoot your shot” file comes this one: MJF has asked Logan Paul if he can be a guest on Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast to discuss, among other things, AEW All In London.
The AEW World Champion took to social media to make his request, sympathizing with Paul’s annoyance at his ranking on ESPN’s list of the top 30 pro wrestlers under 30, which was published earlier this month.
Paul was 10th. MJF, notably, was on top.
Yo @LoganPaul
I’m a big fan and I heard you were very upset with your ranking in the @espn
top 30 under 30.I couldn’t agree with you more, the list was flawed. What the hell is a Vikingo?!? Would love to come on @impaulsive and talk about the list as well as the fact @aew…

MJF’s post also suggested he was drinking Paul’s sports drink, Prime, when he composed it. When a commenter said no one drinks Prime, MJF replied, “I brush my teeth with it!”
The chances of Paul having AEW’s top champion on his show to discuss that company’s biggest event ever are as close to zero as things can get in pro wrestling. There are some places even the Forbidden Door can’t access.
Still, MJF is a master at working social media to his benefit, so this post was very on-brand for him — particularly his reference to “Jolly old Saint Nick,” a.k.a. WWE CEO Nick Khan, who he has mentioned often during his promos selling his desire to be the biggest free agent in wrestling history next year.
Even though no one should expect Paul to take MJF up on his request, it’s fun to imagine. Thanks, champ, for putting the idea in everyone’s heads.
