Missouri notes ahead of playing Tennessee.

COLUMBIA — Missouri (0-1, 0-1 SEC) kicked off the Eliah Drinkwitz era last week, falling 38-19 at home against Alabama.

The Tigers will play at Tennessee (1-0, 1-0 SEC) in Week 2 with kick off slated for noon EDT. Tennessee started Jeremy Pruitt’s third season with a 31-27 win at South Carolina.

In Missouri’s Week 1 loss to Alabama, the Tigers played two quarterbacks.

Shawn Robinson completed 19-of-25 passes for 185 yards and one touchdown, while Connor Bazelak went 7-of-14 for 68 yards and scored one rushing touchdown.

Larry Rountree III carried the ball 14 times for 67 yards to lead the Tigers in rushing.

Jalen Knox led Missouri in receptions (5) and totaled 63 yards. Running back Tyler Baddie scored on a 54-yard reception from Robinson in the fourth quarter.

Junior linebacker Aubrey Miller will opt-out of the 2020 season. Miller has recorded seven tackles in his career.

Junior starting cornerback Jarvis Ware is day-to-day ahead of playing Tennessee.
