Minor League baseball team offers lifetime tickets if you show up with a bison and a fish

This has got to be the wildest promotion I’ve ever seen.

There are season ticket giveaways, and then there are what the Great Falls Voyagers are doing.

On August 1st this season, the Voyagers (of Great Falls, Montana) will play in their special edition 2020 Bisonfish jersey and will give fans an opportunity to earn season tickets for life. That’s right. Tickets to a Voyagers game for as long as you live.

Pretty sweet deal, right? Any reasonable Voyagers fan would jump on that. All you have to do is *checks notes* bring a… live bison and a live fish to the ballpark and you’ll get season tickets for life? Word?

I’m not kidding. They’re really doing this.

Okay, so when I first started writing this I had so many questions. I was thinking people would have to actually go out and wrangle a wild bison Red Dead Redemption style. I was then informed that people in Montana own bison ranches! A quick Google search shows there’s one within 100 miles of Great Falls.

And for the fish? That’s easy. That’s just a trip to the local pet store. Buy a gold fish. It didn’t say what kind of fish it had to be! It just has to be live. As long as you don’t have any kids around, that fish should last for at least a day!

Go get those lifetime tickets, folks. It’s right there for you.
