The Washington Huskies are still searching for at least one more piece to add to the offensive line for the 2025 class. Coach Jedd Fisch and offensive coordinator Brennan Carroll extended an offer to three-star offensive lineman Zac Stascausky from Central Catholic High School in Portland, Oregon.
Stascausky, who committed to Washington’s new Big Ten foe, Minnesota, on June 9, is ranked as 247Sports’ No. 5 prospect in Oregon and has plans to take a trip up to Seattle to see what Fisch’s coaching staff has to offer.
“The Washington offer means a lot to me because I love the Pacific Northwest,” he told Sports Illustrated’s Andrew Nemec. “As far as my commitment to Minnesota, I am still committed, but I will be taking a trip to Seattle to meet the new coaching staff.”
The 6-foot-6, 275-pound Stascausky didn’t specify if his visit will be official or unofficial, but with Washington’s “Luau At The Lake” set to take place over the July 26 weekend, his trip north could take place sooner rather than later.
Despite his interest in Washington, Stascausky remains firmly locked into his pledge to the Golden Gophers.
“Things with Minnesota are great,” he continued. “I think it’s a great school and would be a great option for me. I talk most with Coach Cal [Brian Callahan], the offensive line coach.”
The Huskies have two of the top 10 prospects from Oregon committed in the 2025 class in four-star tight end Baron Naone and three-star defensive tackle Dominic Macon, and are gearing up to make a push for a third.
