The Milwaukee Bucks (42-23) and Sacramento Kings (36-27) meet Tuesday. Tip-off from Golden 1 Center is set for 10 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Bucks vs. Kings odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.

Season series: Bucks lead 1-0

The Bucks snapped a 2-game skid with a cover as 6.5-point favorites in a 124-117 win against the LA Clippers Sunday with the Over (221) cashing at Crypto.com Arena. G Damian Lillard exploded for 16 points in the 4th quarter — 35 on the night — and F Giannis Antetokounmpo added 34 points, 10 assists and 7 rebounds.

The Kings failed to cover for a 2nd straight game with a 112-104 loss against the Houston Rockets in Sacramento Sunday as the Under (234) cashed. The Kings are 5-10 against the spread (ATS) in their last 15 games after their non-cover as 6.5-point favorites Sunday.

In a Jan. 14 meeting, the Kings covered as 4-point underdogs in a 143-142 Bucks OT win with the Over (247) hitting in Milwaukee. Lillard hit the game-winning buzzer-beating 3, and the Bucks came back from a 4-point deficit in the final 12 seconds of overtime.

Bucks at Kings picks and predictions

Prediction

Kings 125, Bucks 115

Moneyline

The Kings were unlucky to lose in the Jan. 14 meeting — I’m sure they haven’t forgotten — after leading by 4 points with 12 seconds remaining in overtime. The last time the Kings failed to cover in 3 consecutive games was from Nov. 4-8; it’s rare that they string together 3 straight bad performances.

The Bucks can breathe a sigh of relief after snapping their 2-game skid, but those losses to the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers showed that maybe Milwaukee isn’t as good as we thought after hiring coach Doc Rivers. The Bucks beating the shorthanded Clippers by 7 — and barely covering as 6.5-point favorites — does not impress me.

BET KINGS (-105).

Against the spread

The Kings should cover, but I wouldn’t recommend paying 20 cents for the extra point-and-a-half

PASS. Bet the ML and/or total instead.

Over/Under

According to Teamrankings.com, the Over has hit in the last 22 meetings between these teams. That’s not a trend that I’m looking to fade.

BET OVER 235.5 (-105).
