As the Philadelphia 76ers get set to take on the Washington Wizards on Wednesday afternoon, they will remain a little shorthanded as they head into the matchup.
Mike Scott will miss his third straight game on Wednesday while dealing with a right knee soreness issue that he has been dealing with since the team’s scrimmage games. They will be having the services of Kyle O’Quinn back after he missed the team’s game on Monday against the San Antonio Spurs after he missed his COVID-19 test on Sunday.
Despite having O’Quinn back, the Sixers are still missing a key member of the rotation in Scott.

On top of the news about Scott and O’Quinn, there is more good news in the NBA as it appears that the bubble inside Disney World is working. The league reported zero positive tests out of the 343 players tested in Orlando.

It appears that the league’s plan from commissioner Adam Silver is working to the best of its ability. [lawrence-related id=36170,36159,36151]
