ESPN announced its “Sunday NFL Countdown” roster this week. After a few noted changes earlier, including the dismissal of former quarterback Robert Griffin III, the new host of the morning show was named.
Mike Greenberg replaces Sam Ponder as host of the show as it heads into its 40th season.

Joining Greenberg are Randy Moss, Rex Ryan, Tedy Bruschi, Alex Smith, and Adam Schefter.
Greenberg already has the following positions at the WorldWide Leader:hosting “Get Up” on weekday mornings, hosting “Greeny” on ESPN Radio, and hosting “NBA Countdown.”
