In the third quarter of the Miami Dolphins’ Week 2 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens, tight end Mike Gesicki made an impressive touchdown grab to pull his team back with two scores.
After the touchdown was called, Gesicki decided to break out a new celebration, hitting “The Griddy,” which was popularized in the NFL by Minnesota Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson in recent years.
The former Nittany Lion went viral on social media with NFL fans making fun of his dance moves, and after the game, the tight end responded to the criticism.
Man, it looked so much better in my room in front of the mirror. Back to work tonight when I get home. https://t.co/oEPJ74Hwls

He’s a good sport, but he needs to keep practicing or go back to the drawing board.
