Mics caught just how floored Ravens LB Patrick Queen was over Tylan Wallace’s game-winning punt return TD

Patrick Queen was all of us watching that magical Ravens’ punt return TD.

The more this NFL season wears on, the more it becomes abundantly clear that the Baltimore Ravens might be a team of destiny. After all their injuries — including but not limited to Mark Andrews, J.K. Dobbins, and Devin Duvernay — this Baltimore squad continues to find ways to win anyway. As a result, the Ravens could soon clinch the AFC’s top playoff seed.

Sunday was a perfect example of the Ravens somehow finding another hero despite the most unlikely circumstances.

While deadlocked in an epic battle with the Los Angeles Rams in overtime, Tylan Wallace took back a monster punt return for a touchdown in the walk-off 37-31 win. And when mic’d-up Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen saw Wallace breaking a few tackles and finding open space, he was positively stunned.

All Queen could say was, “Oh my god.” He’s just like us!

There’s still a long way to go before the Ravens can put themselves in the best possible position for a Super Bowl push. But magical moments like this Wallace touchdown make that reality seem inevitable — even if his own teammates like Queen probably won’t see them coming.
