We have officially crossed the halfway point in official visit season, and the Spartans are looking to continue filling out their 2025 recruiting class.

Teams are approaching the third of four official visit weekends that they will have at their disposal in June. With the team having already hosted 16 prospects, the staff will be adding six more this weekend, as of now, looking to close on some key prospects.

Check out who will be in East Lansing this weekend on an official visit:

*note* any late additions will be added to this list

Kanka is a 4-star defensive lineman from Howell that is currently committed to Michigan. The Spartans are looking to flip the in-state prospect.

Beerman, a high 3-star linebacker, is a native of West Chester, Ohio, and is the Spartans top choice for the third and final linebacker spot in the recruiting class.

Another flip candidate, high 3-star, Indiana commit, Chris McCorkle had a very good relationship with the previous staff in East Lansing and it has carried over to the new staff. Originally from West Virginia, McCorkle now resides in Sarasota, Florida.

The lone recruit to currently be committed to MSU, Oconomowoc (WI) native Emmett Bork will be on campus looking to help the staff close on other prospects.

Upper Arlington (OH) defensive end Cal Thrush is a prospect that holds crystal ball predictions to the Spartans.

A new prospect to the MSU big board, Frankenmuth (MI) defensive lineman Derrick Simmons has blown up in the early part of the summer. The Spartans are going to look to close on the high 3-star in-state product.
