Michigan State football hires Wake Forest AHC as safeties coach

Michigan State football hires new safeties coach

Michigan State lost cornerbacks coach Demetrice Martin to UCLA earlier this offseason. The Spartans have now found their replacement hire.

Michigan State has tabbed James Adams as the school’s new safeties coach. Adams spent the last three seasons as the safeties coach, and most recently associate head coach, at Wake Forest. Prior to Wake Forest, he spent time at Purdue, Navy, Western Michigan and Charlotte as both a safety and cornerbacks coach.

Adams is known to be an ace recruiter and should bring the Spartans some recruiting juice.
