Michigan State basketball reaches out to another grad transfer. This time, the Spartans contact Radford University Guard Carlik Jones.

Michigan State Basketball has contacted another grad transfer this off-season. Per Brian Snow of 247Sports, the Spartans reached out to Radford University grad transfer Carlik Jones. Jones averaged 20 points shooting 48%, 5.1 rebounds, and 5.5 assists this past season in his junior season. More importantly, he was the Big South Player of the Year.

In 2018, Carlik Jones hit a game-winning buzzer-beater shot, giving Radford University a Big South Conference championship and an NCAA Tournament appearance. Michigan State will need an older Guard in the locker room. Carlik Jones could potentially fill this role.
