Michigan football to be without several starters at Washington

Not good. #GoBlue

SEATTLE — Michigan football should be getting some key players back for the Week 6 road trip at Washington, but the Wolverines will still be rather shorthanded.

Though cornerback Will Johnson is listed as questionable and made the trip and edge rusher Josaiah Stewart and wide receiver Semaj Morgan are no longer on the injury report, the list has grown considerably. The maize and blue will be without two starters on the still emerging offensive line and without another on the dominant defensive line.

Left tackle Myles Hinton, center Dominick Giudice, and edge rusher Derrick Moore are all out according to the injury report.

Moore actually made the trip to Seattle, and participated in pregame walk around, but it looks as if he is not able to go. Considering TJ Guy got the start in place of Josaiah Stewart last week that at least gives Michigan a viable edge rusher in replacement. As far as the offensive line is concerned, Jeff Persi will likely fill in at left tackle and Greg Crippen will get his opportunity at center.
