Michigan football recruiting is heating up as it heads into the dead period, with a bevy of commitments taking place after a series of visits in the month of June. But will July continue the Wolverines’ hot streak?
2022 Tenaha (TX) three-star linebacker/wide receiver Jeremy Patton visited Ann Arbor on June 11, and while his interests seem to be centered more on schools in his immediate region, the maize and blue impressed enough to make him think he could potentially be northern-bound.
While Texas appears to be the team to beat with a 75% prediction rate in the 247Sports Crystal Ball, Patton included Michigan in his ‘final 5’ along with the Longhorns, Baylor, Arkansas and LSU.

Patton is ranked No. 561 overall in the 247Sports Composite, the No. 62 linebacker and 84th-best player in the state of Texas.
