Michigan football has one more home game before it takes its show on the road and it will be a big road trip, indeed.
The Wolverines will be traveling clear across the country to face off against another rebuilding team with a new head coach, and it just turns out it was the team it won the national championship against in Washington. Michigan hasn’t played in Seattle since 2001, a 23-18 loss, and hasn’t won there since 1970. But the two historic Rose Bowl rivals will face off at Husky Stadium as Big Ten Conference foes for the first time.
And the game will be in primetime, as it was announced that it will be a 7:30 p.m. EDT (4:30 p.m. in Seattle) kick with the game broadcast on NBC.

This season, Michigan faces three of the four new former Pac-12 additions to the conference and hopes to notch win No. 2 of those after beating USC at home this past week. It will see a familiar face across the sideline with former U-M pass game coordinator Jedd Fisch (2015-16) having taken over as the Huskies head coach this offseason.
This will be the second primetime game for the maize and blue played on NBC this season with the season opener against Fresno State also having been a 7:30 p.m. kickoff on the channel.
