Another week gone by for the Big Ten, and the week was particularly action-packed with multiple storylines unfolding. There was the first non-Wisconsin COVID-19 game cancellation, two undefeated teams battling in the Big Ten West, two winless teams fighting for a taste of victory and even more.

Michigan football was on the losing end of its game once again this week, losing 49-11 to No. 10 Wisconsin. The Wolverines looked lost, falling to 1-3 on the season. Wisconsin came back from its two-week bye after it dealt with a COVID-19 outbreak and showcased why it’s still a contender in a messy Big Ten Conference that has turned upside down this season.

Despite the loss, Michigan wasn’t able to budge either way in the latest Big Ten power rankings. There was minimal movement due to the results of the action from last week, but this week, we’re seeing the top two Big Ten East and Big Ten West teams battle to take control of their respective divisions and not let go with five games left.
