Jordan Fuller seems like a fairly soft-spoken player in the secondary, but he’s very clearly taken on a role as a leader this season. He’s been the defensive signal caller, wearing the green dot on his helmet and relaying play calls to his teammates on the field.
Against the Giants, the second-year safety was mic’d up and he showed a fiery side in the blowout win. Fuller was vocal and immediately celebrated with his teammates after a big play, whether it was Dont’e Deayon, Taylor Rapp or Ogbonnia Okoronkwo.
Fans may not have seen this side of Fuller much, but it’s become obvious that he’s a teammate that has garnered the respect of all his teammates.
