Micah Potter posts a double-double in his final NBA Summer League game with the Miami Heat

Micah Potter has a strong finish to NBA Summer League:

Former Wisconsin forward and current member of the Miami Heat NBA Summer League squad Micah Potter was given added minutes in his final 2021 NBA Summer League game on Tuesday. He made the most of the opportunity with 15 points and 10 rebounds in an 83-82 loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

With usual starting big man Omer Yurtseven sitting, Potter played over 23 minutes in his final game. The former Badger went 7-12 from the field and hit one of his four three-point attempts. Potter’s ability to protect the rim was also on display, as he came up with a monster block on Feron Hunt to deny a poster:

Perhaps the most impressive part of Potter’s stat line were his 5 blocks. The Ohio native has yet to receive a guaranteed NBA deal, but did sign an exhibit 10 contract with Miami on draft night.
