Miami Dolphins speedster De’Von Achane was just a few yards shy of 1,000 total yards on only 130 touches. He was part of one of the fastest offenses in the NFL that made them a threat to score from anywhere on the field, and Achane made his mark early in the season.
In weeks three through five, he averaged over 11 yards a carry and ran for 455 yards. He was working his way into the Rookie of the Year talks until an injury sidelined him for five of the next six games. While he didn’t finish as strong as he started, his speed is undeniable, and it appears the Dolphins have a plan to get the ball in the hands of Achane in multiple ways.
