The Memphis Grizzlies (31-15) face the New York Knicks (30-16) Monday. Tip-off from Madison Square Garden is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NBA odds around the Grizzlies vs. Knicks odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions for the best bets.

Season series: First meeting; Knicks won 2-0 last season

The Grizzlies have won 6 in a row after a 125-103 Saturday win over the Utah Jazz. F Jaren Jackson Jr. had 28 points to lead the charge while rookie C Zach Edey had 19 points, 7 boards and 4 blocks. They covered the 11-point spread and are 8-2 straight up and ATS over the last 10 games.

Is this the best version of the Knicks we’ve seen since Patrick Ewing’s squad? They’ve won 3 in a row and 4 of 5 after a 143-120 track meet win over the Sacramento Kings Saturday. F OG Anunoby scored 33 points, F Josh Hart had a triple-double (20 points, 18 boards, 11 assists) and G Jalen Brunson added 25 points and 11 dimes.

Grizzlies at Knicks and predictions

Prediction

Knicks 123, Grizzlies 120

Moneyline

The books have this one covered well. New York at -160 on the ML is just daring you to take the -3.5-point spread. Memphis is a good team on a roll, but they’re just 12-10 on the road. The Knicks are just a little deeper, and I give them the slight edge in this one. I’m not paying -160 for a matchup this close, though.

Give me JAREN JACKSON JR. OVER 1.5 THREE-POINTERS (-110). He is 7-for-13 from downtown over the last 2 games, and he’ll be trading buckets with Karl-Anthony Towns from the perimeter.

Against the spread

Give me the GRIZZLIES +3.5 (-110) here because they have the talent to win it outright and should remain in it regardless. As mentioned, the Grizz have covered 8 of the last 10 outings.

Over/Under

The Grizzlies are 6-3-1 O/U in their last 10 games, and the Knicks are 5-5. When it comes to the head-to-head matchup, the Over is 8-2.

The OVER 241.5 (-105) sneaks over the threshold.
