2022 offensive line prospect Maurice Clipper Jr. has committed to the Vols.
Clipper Jr. made the announcement Saturday on Twitter.
The 6-foot-4, 299-pound offensive lineman is from Milton High School in Milton, Georgia.
Clipper Jr. has Power Five scholarship offers from Tennessee, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi State and West Virginia.
He officially visited Tennessee June 25 and was offered a scholarship by the Vols on Feb. 19. Josh Heupel was hired as Tennessee’s head coach on Jan. 27.
The football early signing period takes place Dec. 15-17 for the 2022 recruiting class.
