Matthew Judon is everything the New England Patriots needed.
After recording a sack in the 25-0 shutout of the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night, Judon is now up to 10.5 sacks on the season. To keep that in perspective, the most sacks in a season in Patriots history is 12.5, which is at a tie with Chandler Jones and Mike Vrabel.
The Patriots defense has allowed only 13 points in the last three games and they’re quickly solidifying themselves as arguably the best group in the NFL. Over the last 19 possessions, the Patriots haven’t allowed a single point.
Following the game, Judon discussed the identity of the defense and he summed it up perfectly.
