Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller, @nfldraftscout on Twitter, went through each NFL team yesterday and listed, in his opinion, who is the most underrated player on each roster.
Included in that list were Philadelphia Eagles linebacker T.J. Edwards and New Orleans Saints tackle Ryan Ramczyk.
My list of the most underrated player for each NFL team…
49ers: S Jimmie Ward
Seahawks: WR Tyler Lockett
Rams: WR Robert Woods
Cardinals: S Budda Baker— Matt Miller (@nfldraftscout) May 18, 2020
Saints: OT Ryan Ramczyk
Falcons: QB Matt Ryan
Bucs: OG Ali Marpet
Panthers: QB Teddy Bridgwater— Matt Miller (@nfldraftscout) May 18, 2020
Though the two are at different points in their career, Ramczyk a three-year starter in New Orleans and coming off a first-team All-Pro season and Edwards entering his second year in the league and his first as a starter, both have high expectations heading into the 2020 season on teams with playoff and Super Bowl aspirations.
Edwards and Ramczyk have also taken completely different paths to get to where they are today as two of the most underrated players in the NFL, Edwards making the team as an undrafted free agent and the Saints taking Ramczyk with a first round pick.
They are, now, each budding stars at their positions and next in the long line of Wisconsin products to find success at the next level.
