Matt Judon might end up starting a new trend after his media conference on Thursday.
After Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions, the New England Patriots linebacker suggested there be walkout music whenever he came out to the interview podium.
Well, ask and you shall receive, Judon.
The AFC Defensive Player of the Week got a walkout entrance fit for a king before speaking with media members. Perhaps the best part is the fact that he wasn’t even expecting it. WBZ-TV’s Dan Roche channeled his inner DJ and played Aloe Blacc’s hit song “The Man” as Judon walked up to the podium.
After Sunday’s game, Matthew Judon said maybe there should be walk-up music as he approaches the interview podium … so DJ Rochie (a.k.a. @RochieWBZ) filled the role to Judon’s delight Thursday. pic.twitter.com/0fbGN3HlQT

This actually seems like a fun trend that should be a real thing, especially after a win. Personally, I’d be more interested in what rookie quarterback Bailey Zappe would walk out to.
