Matt Forbes has first opponent for U.S. Open

Matt Forbes has first opponent for his opening match at the U.S. Open on Tuesday

Matt Forbes is the first Michigan State tennis player in history to qualify for, and play in, the U.S. Open. His journey in the tournament will begin on Tuesday. Forbes will have the honor of facing Russia’s Roman Safiullin, who checks in at No. 59 in the world.
