Well, it’s looking like Michigan State Football might not have a game this weekend after all.

Maryland has been sidelined and unable to practice after a COVID-19 breakout infected 8 players on the team. The team is still awaiting word on if they can play or not and were forced to skip practice again on Tuesday night, a team spokesman told Emily Giambalvo of the Washington Post.

The breakout caused Maryland to miss their game last Saturday against Ohio State and could very well make them miss this weekend’s match-up with the Spartans. Mel Tucker has said that he has been in touch with Maryland coach Mike Locksley regarding the matter and is still preparing as if there will be a game.
