The Baltimore Ravens had their second full team practice of training camp on Thursday. This is a big year for many young Baltimore players, including wide receiver Marquise Brown. The former University of Oklahoma star had a strong first day of training camp, but left the second day of practice with an athletic trainer.
Ravens WR Marquise Brown left practice with an athletic trainer. Didn’t appear to be serious at all. He was stretching out leg with trainer before leaving field.

Head coach John Harbaugh provided some clarity on Brown’s situation saying that it wasn’t anything serious and more precautionary. He also talked about Marcus Peters and his toe injury.

While practice time is extremely important, it isn’t worth risking an injury over. The Ravens are rightfully very cautious with their players, and if something is bothering someone or flaming up, they want to make sure things are 100% healthy before having guys go through rigorous practice routines. Brown (and Peters) should be back on the field shortly and continue to work to get better alongside of their teammates.
