A strong 13-6 start to the season has the Oklahoma City Thunder well-represented in the first batch of monthly awards.
Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault was nominated for Western Conference Coach of the Month for October/November. Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch won the award.
This news comes on the same day we learned Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was nominated for Western Conference Player of the Month and Chet Holmgren won Western Conference Rookie of the Month.

Daigneault, who is in his fourth season as head coach, is coming off a breakout season last year when he finished No. 2 in Coach of the Year voting. He signed a multiyear extension this offseason.
