[autotag]Malik Nabers[/autotag] entered his junior season with massive expectations, and if anything, he’s exceeded them through eight games of the season.
He leads the nation in receiving yards with 981, and he ranks third in touchdowns with nine (fellow LSU receiver Brian Thomas Jr. leads the nation in that category with 11). He could be on his way to a Biletnikoff Award, and in the latest 2024 NFL mock draft from CBS Sports, he’s a projected top-10 pick.
CBS Sports’ Chris Trapasso has Nabers joining a Tennessee Titans team that could definitely use some help at receiver. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill has struggled this season, but the team has two young passers on the roster that it drafted in Malik Willis and Will Levis.
Perhaps Nabers’ addition would be the boost one of those players needs to take another step. Here’s what Trapasso said.
Regardless of who’s at quarterback for the Titans next season, he will need more dynamic receiving talent to throw the ball to.
That is certainly true, and whoever eventually lands Nabers will have a very dynamic playmaker in the passing game.
