Jenkins helped shape the Eagles culture when he came over from New Orleans in 2014 and led the Birds through the Chip Kelly era into Doug Pederson’s Super Bowl triumph.
Jenkins finishes his Eagles career with 515 tackles, 11 interceptions, and 12 forced fumbles.
Jenkins also helped introduce the era of the hybrid-defender, where he lined up at nine different positions for the Eagles, taking almost 1,020 snaps at various spots such as in the slot, at linebacker, at cornerback, and at free safety.
Jenkins also contributed to special teams, while leading the Eagles on and off the field.
He’ll return to Philadelphia next season when the Eagles host New Orleans in what should be an electric return.
