Make a note of this game because you may never see it again. Noah Sewell had zero tackles. This was a strange game for the linebackers as they were in no man’s land for most of the night. Washington State either runs the ball with the line making the play or throws downfield into the secondary. There’s rarely an in-between, so the linebackers didn’t have a lot of stats that showed up on the sheet. They did plug up running lanes, making it difficult for Max Borghi to gain many yards. The WSU tailback gained just 41 yards.
