It was nearly 24 hours after the fact but Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson made sure he did not make it any longer before commenting on last night’s knockout of former NBA Dunk Contest champion Nate Robinson at the hands of YouTube star Jake Paul.
Last night everyone was watching, including LeBron James, with most coming away enthralled by the live commentary from Snoop Dogg during the main event between Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. Perhaps having only just heard of what happened to Robinson, a late decision to hit the send button or just a clerical tweeting error, Magic Johnson made one of the greatest tweets of All-Time on Sunday night.
Praying for Nate Robinson 🙏🏾

This tweet from Magic is bringing back the memory of other classics, such as this one from Dwight Howard on the night Gordon Hayward broke his ankle against LeBron and the Cavaliers in the first game of the 2017-18 season.

Robinson, by all accounts, is doing fine after the knockout.
