Magic Johnson a three seed in ESPN’s college basketball ‘greatest of all time’ tournament

Johnson is a three seed in ESPN’s quest to name the greatest college hoops tournament player of all time.

The worldwide leader isn’t letting a lack of March Madness keep them from basketball brackets.

ESPN is running a tournament to determine the greatest NCAA Tournament players of all time and Michigan State legend Magic Johnson is the No. 3 seed in the South region. Johnson took down Glen Rice in the first round and now faces Chris Mullin for the chance to move into the Sweet 16.

Johnson of course was a member of the 1979 national championship team at Michigan State and part of what was the most-watched college basketball game in history: The 1979 national championship game against Larry Bird’s Indiana State team.

Johnson is the only Michigan State player to make the bracket. Voting is being conducted via Twitter polls, which you can vote on by clicking the above image. Johnson currently leads Mullin 90% to 10%.
