Madden NFL 23 will improve its Franchise Mode

A new developer deep dive from Electronic Arts showcases every addition and tweak.

There are only a few months left until Madden NFL 23 comes out, and it’s looking like several critical features will receive much-needed attention.

On Friday, Electronic Arts (EA) announced that Franchise Mode is getting a massive overhaul. All new additions to Free Agency, like additional evaluation periods, player motivations, and salary cap functions will improve the team-building aspects. While the Franchise Hub is streamlining the activity feed, improving usability, and adjusting how scouting works based on Madden NFL 22 feedback.

The hype train for Madden NFL 23 is only just taking off. Extensive gameplay footage was shown off last month, along with special edition cover star John Madden.

Madden NFL 23 launches on Aug. 19, 2022, for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The early access period starts on Aug. 16, 2022, for anyone who pre-orders too.
